Welded steel hoops and a fully wedged head combined with the proper wood and a high quality finish means that this tool will last a very long time… maybe longer than you! it even stands patiently on its head just waiting to be put to work.

I use large mallets like this for moving heavy things small distances when framing buildings, and building boats, when splitting wood, when driving stakes in the garden, and sometimes when I just want to crush a can in style.
